The roadmap

100 plants.
Ten years.

The development portfolio is structured across four states in a deliberate sequence — Telangana, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh — with sixteen plants defined down to location and go-live date, and the national platform scaling to one hundred by 2047.

Repeatable by design

How each plant gets built.

The sequence is engineered to repeat: the same discipline carries every plant from feasibility to first gas, and the queue is filed early — never after construction.

01 · 6–12 MO

Feasibility & feedstock

Substrate audits, yield modelling, offtake letters of intent, and interconnection screening.

02 · UP TO 12 MO

Approvals

Environmental and building consents, pollution-control approvals, and CBG quality certification pathways filed in parallel.

03 · 12–24 MO

Interconnection & offtake

The critical path: cascade and pipeline infrastructure, utility tie-ups, and industrial or OMC offtake — started on day one.

04 · 4–18 MO

Construction

Fixed-price execution. Modular digester packages can compress this phase to roughly four months.

05 · WEEKS

Commissioning

Gas certification, 72-hour performance runs, then CBG registration and first dispatch — the plant starts earning.
